Thermo Scientific’s TruNarc Handheld Analyzer Gives LE Important Capabilities

Thermo Scientific’s TruNarc handheld analyzer has been given an expanded TruNarc v1.6 software update library to give law enforcement rapid field detection capability for many new narcotics and synthetic opioids 

for use by law enforcement agents, narcotics officers and customs personnel.

Users can now quickly and safely detect street drug W-18 and other lethal drugs with the newest library update for the Thermo Scientific TruNarc handheld narcotics analyzer.

“The TruNarc handheld analyzer is currently used by law enforcement agencies around the country to keep communities safe from the spread of emerging drug threats and to lead drug users toward treatment,” a spokesman told Homeland Security Today.
