‘We are still here’ Chilling ISIS threat to fill European streets with BLOOD

A terror wannabe has appeared to film himself at a Belgian train station, threatening to chop off the heads of civilians.

Chillingly, the militant shows a message to the camera the beginning of the clip.

It reads: "We are still here."

The country’s capital Brussels was the focus of a sickening co-ordinated terror attack last year.

Footage is taken from in and around the city’s Central Station where police are desperately scouring CCTV footage to try and identify the man.
