Champs-Elysées: Armed man crashes car into police van on in 'attempted attack'

Police in Paris are advising the public to stay away from the Champs-Elysées on Monday afternoon after an armed man crashed his car that contained a gas canister into a police van. The driver died according to the Interior Minister, who described the incident as an "attempted terror attack".
