Dominion Voting Systems server 'crashes during election recount in Georgia's largest county with 88% of votes counted'

The newly purchased Dominion Voting systems server has crashed in Georgia's most populous county during an election recount requested by President Trump's re-election campaign, election officials have said.

The mobile server crashed on Sunday in Fulton County, delaying the state's third recount of the presidential election.

Fulton County election officials said the counting process was nearly complete - with 88% of votes counted - before the server crashed, according to local outlet 11 Alive

Election workers responsible for counting the votes had already concluded the counting of absentee, early in-person and provisional ballots.

A Successful U.S. Missile Intercept Ends the Era of Nuclear Stability

This month, an intercontinental ballistic missile was fired in the general direction of the Hawaiian islands. During its descent a few minutes later, still outside the earth’s atmosphere, it was struck by another missile that destroyed it.

With that detonation, the world’s tenuous nuclear balance suddenly threatened to come out of kilter. The danger of atom bombs being used again was already increasing. Now it’s grown once more.

The ICBM flying over the Pacific was an American dummy designed to test a new kind of interceptor technology. As it flew, satellites spotted it and alerted an Air Force base in Colorado, which in turn communicated with a Navy destroyer positioned northeast of Hawaii. This ship, the USS John Finn, fired its own missile which, in the jargon, hit and killed the incoming one.

At first glimpse, this sort of technological wizardry would seem to be a cause for not only awe but also joy, for it promises to protect the U.S. from missile attacks by North Korea, for example. But in the weird logic of nuclear strategy, a breakthrough intended to make us safer could end up making us less safe.

Election investigation coming? FBI said to be requesting data on ‘potentially fraudulent ballots’

The FBI has apparently reached out to a conservative organization and requested information that supposedly proves that Joe Biden won the presidential election using “hundreds of thousands of potentially fraudulent ballots.”

In the uncertain days after this month’s presidential election, the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society – a conservative legal nonprofit – teamed up with data analyst and former Trump campaign aide Matt Braynard to gather evidence of alleged voter fraud by the Democratic Party.

Braynard’s data was used to inform a number of lawsuits by the Amistad Project, including cases in Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, and the FBI is now apparently taking an interest in his research.

“The @FBI has proactively and directly requested from me the VIP findings that indicates illegal ballots,” Braynard tweeted on Sunday, with “VIP” a reference to his investigation, which he named the “Voter Integrity Project.”

Incredible new drug might work even better than a coronavirus vaccine

The novel coronavirus pandemic is the worst infectious disease the world has seen since the Spanish flu pandemic. Like the Spanish flu, COVID-19 will eventually lose its pandemic status, but the virus won’t just disappear once enough people are immune. Public health experts like Dr. Anthony Fauci believe that SARS-CoV-2 will become endemic, just like the flu. Severe COVID-19 infections and prolonged outbreaks will be prevented with vaccines and other drugs, and we’re already seeing the first results. Once that happens, the virus’s death toll will drop significantly. But the flu still kills thousands of people every year and the same might be true with SARS-CoV-2 in its post-pandemic years. On top of that, there are plenty of other viruses going around, and the next virus with pandemic potential might be just around the corner. Hopefully, the world will be more prepared for a future coronavirus-like pathogen than it was this year.

Our first line of defense against future pathogens could start with a breakthrough drug capable of killing only viruses and the human cells they infect. This could lead to faster recovery and minimal side effects. Researchers have already devised such a drug that would work against the flu, and the same technology might be employed to create custom meds that target the viruses that cause COVID-19, HIV, and other viral infections.

Powell Suit Asks Court for Immediate Order to De-certify Georgia’s Election Results

Attorney Sidney Powell has asked a federal court to urgently order Georgia’s officials to de-certify the Nov. 3 election results and preserve forensic data on the voting machines while the lawyer challenges the integrity of the state’s votes.

Powell on Friday filed a motion asking for immediate injunctive relief arguing that the plaintiffs would suffer irreparable harm if election officials from Union County were not blocked from wiping forensic data from voting machines and resetting the count back to zero. Union County officials informed the plaintiffs that machines would be reset on Nov. 30.

Meanwhile, the attorney also argued an injunction to de-certify the election results or to block the transmission of the certification of the state’s election results is necessary in order to preserve the status quo while her case plays out in court.

“The low costs to Defendants and high potential harm to Plaintiffs make this a case with a substantial net harm that an immediate and emergent injunctive relief can prevent. Therefore, it is respectfully requested that the Court grant Plaintiffs’ Motion,” the motion states (pdf).

New Lawsuit Asks Wisconsin Supreme Court to Declare All Drop-Box Ballots Illegal and Block Certification

A new lawsuit filed with the Wisconsin Supreme Court seeks to block the state from certifying the election results, arguing that all ballots cast via drop boxes are illegal and should be discarded, and if such ballots cannot be reliably identified for rejection, then the state legislature should nominate its own slate of presidential electors.

The lawsuit complaint, filed on Nov. 27 on behalf of Wisconsin voter Dean Mueller (pdf), argues that the Plaintiff’s right to a “safe, free, secure and transparent presidential election” was violated “in that his vote has been diluted by the counting of thousands of illegal votes placed in illegal ballot drop boxes across the State of Wisconsin.”

The suit says over 500 ballot drop boxes were installed in 72 counties in the state in violation of the law, arguing the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) did not have the authority to approve their use. The commission’s endorsement of drop-box use amounted to enacting a new elections law, the suit argues, noting that the U.S. Constitution accords such power only to Congress or state legislatures.

The Long Path to a Whistleblower Recovery: Former CCO Vindicated by Merit Medical Systems False Claims Act Settlement (Part II of II)

Dr. Charles Wolf was the Chief Compliance Officer at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (“MMS”), who ultimately became the federal whistleblower against MMS alleging violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute.  Dr. Wolf’s concerns were ultimately vindicated when the Justice Department intervened in support of his complaint.

MMS settled the case with DOJ and agreed to pay $18 million.  Dr. Wolf received $2.65 million from the settlement under the qui tam provisions of the False Claims Act.

Dr. Wolf worked for MMS from 2011 to 2015.  He is a non-practicing attorney and involved in compliance since 1999.

Dr. Wolf raised concerns internally in MMS about the legality of the program under the AKS law.  He eventually raised the issue with MMS’ CEO and Chairman, and to the MMS board.  MMS leadership and management ignored Dr. Wolf’s warnings and objections.  Eventually, Dr. Wolf resigned and filed his whistleblower complaint.

Wolf objected to MMS’ Local Advertising Program under which MMS provided physicians and hospitals millions of dollars in free advertising, practice development, practice support and unrestricted “educational” grants to induce the providers to purchase and use a number of MMS products.

A growing number of Americans are going hungry

...More Americans are going hungry now than at any point during the deadly coronavirus pandemic, according to a Post analysis of new federal data — a problem created by an economic downturn that has tightened its grip on millions of Americans and compounded by government relief programs that expired or will terminate at the end of the year. Experts say it is likely that there’s more hunger in the United States today than at any point since 1998, when the Census Bureau began collecting comparable data about households’ ability to get enough food.

One in 8 Americans reported they sometimes or often didn’t have enough food to eat in the past week, hitting nearly 26 million American adults, an increase several times greater than the most comparable pre-pandemic figure, according to Census Bureau survey data collected in late October and early November. That number climbed to more than 1 in 6 adults in households with children.

“It’s been driven by the virus and the unpredictable government response,” said Jeremy K. Everett, executive director of the Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty in Waco, Tex.

Zuckerberg-Funded Group Comes Into Spotlight in Election-Related Court Cases

A group that received hundreds of millions of dollars from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is accused in post-election lawsuits of contributing to constitutional violations in key battleground states.

The Center for Tech and Civic Life, a national nonprofit based in Illinois, provided funding to over 2,500 election offices across the country to run elections amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Funds were used to pay poll workers, put up ballot drop boxes, and acquire mail-in ballot equipment and supplies.

More than $6 million was doled out to officials in Fulton County, Georgia, and to five cities in Wisconsin, according to lawsuits filed this month. The funds were sent to facilitate violations of state law, the lawsuits allege.

The money was sent through agreements that had municipalities run elections in contravention to state law, according to the lawsuits, which were filed by the Thomas More Foundation’s Amistad Project. Accepting funding from a private group like the center is barred by state and federal law, the lawsuits allege.

The Air Force Research Laboratory Develops The Ultimate Spyware

A company called SignalFrame has developed the ability to hack software found on as many as 5,000,000 cellphones. It can then find the location and identity of over 500 million surrounding devices. Its real world applications could enable digital intelligence efforts that blend classified and unclassified data using machine learning and artificial intelligence to determine who could access specific pieces of information.

SignalFrame originally developed the technology to operate on a commercial level, but has turned its focus more toward military capabilities when it hired a former military officer and began to attend “pitch day[s]” sponsored by technology incubator affiliated with U.S. Special Operations. That resulted in the Air Force’s research arm rewarding them with a $50,000 grant as part of a research and development program to explore whether the data has potential military applications (Air Force has option to provide additional funds should the technology prove useful).

Sidney Powell’s Allegations in Georgia Serious Enough to Alter the Election Results: Expert

Harmeet K. Dhillon said that former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell’s allegations in her lawsuit filed in Georgia are serious enough to change the results of the election.

“These are serious allegations. … Either of these big themes would be enough to change the election results given the narrow margin for Biden,” Dhillon said in a lengthy tweet on Thursday.

Powell filed a lawsuit in Georgia on Wednesday night alleging massive election fraud during the state’s 2020 election.

Dhillon, who specializes in First Amendment rights and election law matters, classified the allegations into two groups one is “numerous irregularities in vote-counting” based on procedure changes.

The allegations under this category, according to Dhillon, include “putting ballots in the wrong stacks en masse, pre-printed ballots that were ‘pristine’ and unlined; blocking Republican observers from vote-tabulation tables; counting votes after the so-called ‘pipe burst’ election night even though there were no Rep. Observers and more.”

The second group of allegations, she says, involve the Dominion voting machines being easily hackable.

The machines “are easily hackable and experts have written scripts to show how one can manually manipulate vote tallies, alter setting [sic] so as to put more ballots into a ‘question’ pile and then just delete them,” Dhillon wrote.

Communication security

Unexpected Technology will Enable Silent Communication During Operations

Silent communication is often a must in covert operations or when planning a surprise attack. New research funded by the U.S. Army Research Office successfully separated brain signals that influence action or behavior from signals that do not. The breakthrough in decoding brain signals could be the first step toward a future where soldiers silently communicate during operations.

Using an algorithm and complex mathematics, the team was able to identify which brain signals were directing motion, or behavior-relevant signals, and then remove those signals from the other brain signals — behavior-irrelevant ones.

Researchers could build on the research to allow the brain and computers to communicate so soldiers can silently talk via a computer in the field.

The service wants to get to the point where the machine can provide feedback to soldier’s brains to allow them to take corrective action before something takes place, a capability that could protect the health of a war fighter.

Internet security

Connected Devices will Now Be More Secure

From increasing the safety of roads, cars and homes, to fundamentally improving the way we manufacture and consume products, IoT solutions provide valuable data and insights that enhance the way we work and live. However, the connection to the network makes these devices and industrial systems vulnerable to cyber attacks.

After years of work, the US has finally moved forward to cyber securing connected devices. The Senate passed by unanimous consent H.R. 1668, the Internet of Things (IoT) Cybersecurity Improvement Act. The bill now awaits the President’s signature. The legislation is aimed at enhancing the safeguards of internet-connected devices.

The bill is a major step toward the federal government encouraging vulnerability disclosure policies that implement programs for organizations to work with security researchers to fix software flaws.

The IoT Cybersecurity Improvement Act directs the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to develop standards and guidelines on how federal government agencies should appropriately use and manage IoT devices connected to information systems.

CIA cyber-crime expert: Hundreds of thousands of votes flipped to Biden

A cyber-crime expert who recently was praised by the New York Times declared in a sworn affidavit in a Sidney Powell lawsuit that hundreds of thousands votes were shifted from President Trump to Joe Biden in battleground states.

Navid Keshavarz-Nia, the Times said in September in a glowing report, was regarded by those who worked with him as "always the smartest person in the room."

His expertise in big-data architecture, cloud computing, security and blockchain technology has been used by the CIA, the FBI, the National Security Agency, U.S. military counterintelligence and the Department of Homeland Security.

A vice president and senior director of information security for Black Key Solutions LLC, he also has been deployed by corporate financial giants such as Deutsche Bank.

His affidavit was filed with Powell's complaint late Wednesday in a Georgia court, the Gateway Pundit reported.

"I conclude with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden," he wrote.

The alterations, he added, resulted from widespread vulnerabilities in voting software and systems that allowed a "Man-in-the-Middle cyber attack" by covert operators.

If you still won’t wear a coronavirus face mask after seeing this, you’re insane

  • A new study from the Mayo Clinic showed that face masks of any kind are critical for preventing coronavirus transmission.
  • The researchers used mannequins to prove the effectiveness of face coverings and conducted similar experiments at different distances.
  • The study found that face masks combined with social distancing can significantly reduce one’s risk of contracting COVID-19 when exposed to infected people.

Rather than becoming a simple tool to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, face masks have become highly controversial. An anti-mask movement fueled by politics rather than science gained traction in the US and abroad, with some people becoming convinced that face coverings don’t help to stop the spread. Some went even further, claiming that masks will prevent oxygen from reaching the body. Worst of all, some likened masks to oppression and found all sorts of reasons to avoid wearing masks in public.

Time and again, the scientific community came through, running simple experiments and conducting studies that demonstrated how face masks block tiny particles like the novel coronavirus and proved that they don’t pose any safety threat to the wearer. The latest such study comes from the Mayo Clinic, whose study concluded that masks play a “critical” role in preventing COVID-19 transmission.

Military spending

More military spending won't keep Britain safe – but boosting overseas aid could

In March, when Boris Johnson announced a national lockdown in response to the coronavirus pandemic, it seemed as though Britain, long a nation obsessed with its imperial past and military history, had shifted its concern to the wellbeing of its citizens. The government had accepted responsibility for the safety of individuals and their families, albeit more slowly than some other European nations.

Yet after all we’ve learned during the pandemic about the dangers posed by a virus smaller than a dust mite, Johnson’s recent announcement of a £16.5bn increase in defence spending over the next four years (over and above a commitment to increase the existing £41.5bn budget by 0.5 percentage points above inflation) signalled a return to business as usual. The new spending is focused on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and a military space capability. Johnson said that he had taken this decision “in the teeth of the pandemic” because “defence of the realm comes first”.

What does “defence of the realm” really mean? Johnson refers to “our people and our way of life”, yet the dangers we face as a nation aren’t traditional wars: they’re global crises such as pandemics, the climate crisis and rising inequality, as well as security threats associated with terrorism and organised crime. Rather than spending on old-fashioned military defence, the UK’s focus should be on “human security”, a version of security that begins at the level of individuals rather than nation states and considers existential threats of all kinds – from poverty to ill health. In practice, this would mean spending more on climate change action and development assistance, as well as forms of defence spending where the military plays a roll in protecting and assisting citizens both at home and abroad, not fighting wars.

"The Fraud Was Executed By Many Means": Sidney Powell "Releases Kraken" With Dual Lawsuits In Michigan, Georgia

Sidney Powell has finally released the Kraken - filing two lawsuits in Michigan and Georgia late Wednesday alleging massive schemes to rig the election for Joe Biden.

In Georgia, Powell claims in a 104-page complaint filed in the US District Court in Atlanta that the purpose of the scheme was "illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as president of the United States."

"Old-fashioned ballot-stuffing" has been "amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign actors for that very purpose," the suit continues, adding that "Mathematical and statistical anomalies rising to the level of impossibilities, as shown by affidavits of multiple witnesses, documentation, and expert testimony evince this scheme across the state of Georgia."

"This scheme and artifice to defraud affected tens of thousands of votes in Georgia alone and 'rigged' the election in Georgia for Joe Biden."

According to Just the News, Powell's allegations include that:

  • At least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never recorded as being returned to county election boards by the voter. "Thus, at a minimum, 96,600 votes must be disregarded," the suit said.
  • Kemp and Raffensperger "rushed through the purchase of Dominion voting machines and software in 2019 for the 2020 Presidential Election" without due diligence and disregarded safety concerns.
  • "There is incontrovertible physical evidence that the standards of physical security of the voting machines and the software were breached, and machines were connected to the internet in violation of professional standards and state and federal laws."
  • Fulton County election workers used a claim of a water leak to evacuate poll watchers and workers for several hours on Election night, even as "several election workers remained unsupervised and unchallenged working at the computers for the voting tabulation machines until after 1:00 AM.
  • State officials in a settlement with Democratic parties made changes to election procedures that violated both state law and the U.S. Constitution.

The suit asks for over a dozen remedies, including an injunction blocking the state's certified results - in which Biden 'won' by 12,000 votes - from being transmitted to the Electoral College.

Powell's suit also demands an audit where signatures are matched, the impounding of various election machines and video surveillance from vote-counting areas.

How Will Biden's Picks for Projected Cabinet Affect US-Russia Relations

The Democrat's team has already started the preparations to move into the White House in January. The General Services Administration (GSA) initiated the transition process to a new administration with praise from POTUS, who nonetheless continues to challenge the results of the election, which so far project Biden as the winner.

Democrat Joe Biden, who currently leads in the US presidential election with 306 Electoral College votes, has started revealing his picks for key positions in his projected administration. In the event of Biden indeed being elected, most of these posts will be held by seasoned officials, many of whom, in turn, come from the Barack Obama administration.

Among them is Linda Thomas‑Greenfield – a veteran diplomat, who worked as US ambassador to Liberia, head of the US Foreign Service, and Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs. Biden picked her to become the new US envoy to the UN if he's indeed elected.

Another Obama-era official, Jake Sullivan, is projected to be national security adviser. He is expected to once again work with Biden, but this time in as an adviser to the president, should the Democrat win the Electoral College in December. Sullivan previously worked as the Director of Policy Planning for Hillary Clinton during her tenure as secretary of state. In that capacity, he reportedly played a major role in starting the negotiations with Iran regarding the nuclear deal.

How The Once Elusive Dream Of Laser Weapons Suddenly Became A Reality

A weaponry is about to become a reality. So, what changed that made what had been bulky systems go from clumsy pipe dreams to hardened, miniaturized, and reliable weapons that will be able to be deployed even in the harshest of conditions?

We recently had an in-depth interview with Dr. Rob Afzal, Lockheed Martin Senior Fellow, Laser and Sensor Systems, where I pressed him on everything related to laser weaponry and the emerging military applications that go along with it. In the course of answering my maelstrom of queries, Dr. Afzal eloquently conveyed how we have suddenly arrived in an era where laser weapons will become widespread across the battlefield. In this first piece in our two-part series with Lockheed's directed energy guru, I wanted to share his explanation with you, as it is fascinating in its own right.

Here, as it was conveyed to me directly, is what technological developments have made the dawn of laser warfare possible according to Dr. Afzal:

"If you think back, that the laser is actually invented in roughly 1960. So, it begs the question, that's 50 years—why aren't there laser weapons all over the place today? There are really two reasons for that.

The first reason is that the initial application they envisioned for the laser weapons is for strategic defense mission; really, the hardest—most difficult technologically—mission that there is, defending the homeland against incoming ballistic missiles. So, first of all, that was extraordinarily difficult, but it did develop a lot of core fundamental technologies and demonstrations that showed that a laser weapon system can be put together, you can do acquisition, tracking, pointing a laser beam, as well as delivering a lethal laser beam to a target, like a boost-phase ballistic missile on the Airborne Laser program.

Report: Israel’s Army Preparing in Case Trump Strikes Iran

The Israeli military has been preparing for the possibility that President Donald Trump will order a strike on Iran before leaving office in January, a report by Axios citing senior Israeli officials said Wednesday.

The officials said that while there is no specific intelligence that such an attack is imminent, Israeli leaders expect “a very sensitive period” ahead of Biden’s inauguration in January.

They added that the U.S. would likely inform Israel ahead of carrying out military action against the Islamic Republic.

Still, Israeli officials expressed concern that the time frame would be insufficient for the army to prepare for possible retaliations targeting Israel.

If a strike were to happen, the Israel Defense Forces would expect retaliation from Iran’s proxies in Lebanon, Gaza and Syria, according to the report.

Last week, the New York Times reported reported that Trump had asked top advisers about the possibility of striking Iranian nuclear sites, including Iran’s uranium enrichment facility in Natanz, during his last weeks in office, but was warned it could lead to a wider regional conflict.

Report: Dead People Voted in Close Upstate New York Congressional Race

Dead peopleallegedly voted in a too-close-to-call upstate New York congressional race, according to a county attorney involved with the case.

Rep. Anthony Brindisi (D-NY) is just 12 to 13 votes ahead of Republican challenger Claudia Tenney in the most recent count of votes for New York’s 22nd congressional seat. In question, though, are hundreds of absentee ballots.

Tenney, reports the state, was up by about 27,000 votes before absentee ballots for Brindisi were counted and erased her lead. The New York Post reports that Madison County attorney Tina Wayland-Smith has stated that votes by dead people were cast in the hotly contested race:

Madison County Attorney Tina Wayland-Smith reported that election officials there disqualified absentee ballots filed by three “deceased” voters” in a filing with state Supreme Court Justice Scott Del Conte, who is overseeing the count in Oswego County. [Emphasis added]

This is a known problem of voting by mail. It should be investigated,” said Doug Kellner, co-chairman of the board, noting that it’s a crime for someone to mail in a ballot in the name of a dead person. [Emphasis added]

It is an election fraud. It’s a felony,” he said. [Emphasis added]

Ed Jewett: Jim Stone – 700,000 PA Ballots Without a Watermark

As of today, it appears the ballot watermark story was true, and it is coming to fruition today.

UPDATE: 700,000 Pennsylvania ballots have no watermark and are therefore proven fake. Let’s see CNN say “There is no evidence” now. you know they will!
This is not just some idiot sh*tposting this time, it is happening live straight from military intelligence, before the Pennsylvania legislature.

Well, that’s good. If the story came out during this hearing, it means TRUMP WON. There’s no way out of it. Except for maybe a nuclear false flag . . . . or similar.

I’d laugh my butt off if Trump actually outfoxed the traitors, but what if there was a leak somewhere and the fake ballots have the watermark too? So we are not out of the woods yet, the corruption is very deep.

However, if the ballot watermark story is true, then the server seizure story is probably definitely true, and even with correctly watermarked fake ballots the ship of fraud is probably going down. If that ship DOES go down, it is hard to say what will happen next. If the communists have assets in place for an invasion, they’ll do it. If they have nukes placed to just “pull” America, they’ll do it. If there is Stuxnet in the nuclear facilities, they’ll use it. One big problem is still in play: The communists are awful damn cocky, like they KNOW this is it, and no matter what happens they win. We will have to wait and see I guess . . .

Election Fraud You Can See

Mainstream media, elected officials, and popular culture are attempting to steamroll America into surrendering to the pronouncement that Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election. The election certification train is leaving the station and joining the steamrolling.

As with so many other leftist missions, the “let’s move on… this is over..” mantra has been unleashed. But preservation of our democratic republic requires election integrity, and integrity requires investigation of serious allegations and evidence of election fraud, lest we anoint someone president who did not actually win.

Vote fraud, the kind that occurs in varying degrees in every election, where deceased people mysteriously vote, some individuals vote multiple times,  and mysterious pallets of ballots appear to save the election for the candidate who was losing, seems to be widespread. Affidavits in unprecedented numbers and scope, describing firsthand observations of perceived vote fraud, are piling up.

But election fraud, the electronic manipulation of voter tabulation software, also called vote-switching, is the burning issue that could change everything we think we know about election 2020.  The central question is how serious, how substantive, how real, is the evidence of widespread, systemic election fraud?   And why are so many Biden-supporting anti-Trumpers SO determined to shut down consideration of the evidence before it is presented? Sidney Powell’s promised upcoming lawsuits will no doubt be full of details that have made her so resolute and confident in saying that Trump won, and that she is about to  “release the Kraken … on steroids.”
