Robert Steele: Is Blaming the Russians a Desperate Attempt to Cover Up US Intelligence Community Routine Spying on US Politicians Including the President?

Completely apart from Deep State – Two-Party Tyranny – Wall Street machinations against Donald Trump, the legitimately elected next President of the United States of America, the current efforts of the US Intelligence Community to blame the Russians for hacking the election are in my view a desperate attempt to distract everyone from the fact that both the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) have been spying routinely on all US politicians and political organizations for over a decade.
There is no presidential or congressional communication or computer that is safe from this illegal unconstitutional treasonous spying on our public officials — including judges — by our own intelligence organizations.
If and when Donald Trump decides to focus on this, he could legitimately seek to engage a new Director of National Intelligence (DNI) whose explicit task is to cut the secret intelligence world by two thirds, while re-storing counterintelligence and ethics and creating the Open Source Agency I have long championed against the most virulent opposition (CIA calls me “open sores,” thank you very much).
The bottom line is that I can provide 95% of what the President and the Cabinet need to know for $2B a year — we do not need more than $25B a year for the focused secret sources and methods needed for the last 5%. The DNI position should be abolished — along with two-thirds of the secret archipelago, by 2020.
