Trump taps Cerberus’s Feinberg to lead intelligence review

President Trump, in an all-out feud with the country’s intelligence community over persistent leaks, will begin a major review of the spy agencies, according to a report.
Trump is set to tap a billionaire financier, Stephen Feinberg, to lead the review, which has been met by “fierce resistance” by the intelligence agencies, The New York Times reported.
The selection of Feinberg, co-founder of hedge fund Cerberus Capital Management and a member of the president’s economic advisory council, signals the president’s attempt to keep the review process within the White House. Details of the review – its scope and timeline – have not yet been determined.
