The United States is
planning "globally integrated" operations in which all intelligence
and control means would be pooled into an integrated circuit resembling the
Internet, the chief of the General Staff’s intelligence directorate, Igor Sergun,
said on Friday.
He explained that a "globally integrated"
campaign spelled an evolution from the strategic level operation.
