Ukrainian Interior Minister in fact confirms Kiev is guilty of war in Donbass

Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov’s statement he regrets the buildings of the Donetsk regional administration and local office of the Ukrainian Security Service in Lugansk should have been blown up together with the protesters controlling them back in the spring of 2014 merely confirms how indifferent the current authorities in Kiev are about human lives, the special envoy of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic in the Contact Group, Denis Pushilin, said on Friday.
