Terror threat

US Air Force F-15E Strike Eagles are designed to conduct airstrikes in Syria and IraqIslamic State (IS) militant group is growing internationally beyond Syria and Iraq while the US-led coalition’s airstrikes continue to help local forces dislodge the extremists, a senior US intelligence officer said Tuesday.
"With affiliates in Algeria, Egypt, Libya, the group is beginning to assemble a growing international footprint that includes ungoverned and under governed areas," Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency Lt. Gen. Vincent Stewart, was quoted as saying by CNN.
