Chinese diplomat introduces white paper on China's military strategy to Cambodian military lecturers, cadets

 Military attache of the Chinese Embassy to Cambodia Li Ningya on Friday delivered a lecture on the white paper about China's military strategy to more than 500 Cambodian military lecturers and cadets at the National Defense University here.He said China issued the white paper on military strategy on May 26, 2015, which stressed active defense and pledged closer international security cooperation.

The nearly 9,000-word white paper, which outlined a strategy unifying strategic defense and operational and tactical offense, also underscored "the principles of defense, self-defense and post- emptive strikes."
