SADDAM AND GADHAFI: NOT THE CRIMINALS YOU THOUGHT


Do you remember them ? They were good presidents but wanted to sell their oil independently from the US$. THAT was their only crime. In Libya, health care was free, no taxes, cheap gas and lots of work. I know it - I have a relative who worked in Tripoli for 2 years. Media lied and is still lying about them.

He WAS a dictator, for sure, Saddam was too, but frankly, there ARE countries and people who can only be led by dictators. They're simply not yet capable of democracy due to lacking education or archaic traditions (I have to use the word "democracy" in the knowledge that democracy does not exist in reality, same as socialism).

Now let's have a look at Saddam. He's thrown into the same pot as Gadhafi, and while he was considered a brutal dictator too, he DID improve the life of the population, much like Gadhafi.
