Germany was battered by fierce wind and snow on Friday with storm Egon. Here's a look at the cars, streets and homes left damaged by the weather.

At least two were killed and dozens injured in weather-related accidents along slippery roadways with fallen trees. Flights were cancelled, thousands were left without power and fallen trees proved difficult obstacles for travel - all due to storm Egon.
