U.S. wants all nations to cut ties with nuclear North Korea

As North Korea continued its provocation, a day after launching its new missile, the U.S. President Donald Trump too intensified his personal attacks on the North Korean dictator.
Trump, on Thursday derided Kim Jong Un as a "sick puppy" and threatened "major" new sanctions against the reclusive nation.
The statement by the U.S. President came a week after he announced new U.S. unilateral sanctions on Pyongyang and returned it to a U.S. list of state sponsors of terror.
The U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson meanwhile has called for "additional measures" to toughen up international sanctions, including allowing countries to intercept vessels carrying goods to and from North Korea.
Following Trump’s comments, Washington urged tough action as emergency talks on the North's latest provocation opened in the UN Security Council.
On Wednesday, the U.S. called on the international community to cut all diplomatic and trade ties with North Korea.
