The crimes have occurred throughout Central Florida over
the past few months.
A card skimmer targeting banks in Osceola County.
Shoplifters at the Oviedo Mall. Home burglars in Winter Park.
While they seem unrelated, there's a common thread: The
suspects are believed to be Eastern European Gypsies, who periodically move
through Central Florida on low-level crime sprees.
Based on these recent cases, it appears to be happening
again this year.
