Wisc. Governor Scott Walker Alleged To Be At Center Of "Criminal Scheme"

Sealed documents ordered released today by a federal appeals court judge reveal that special prosecutor Francis Shmitz alleges in a December, 2013 court motion that Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker was involved in an illegal, coordinated fund raising effort with “a number of national groups and prominent figures” throughout the country—including Karl Rove.
