Theresa May's stance on the environment, surveillance and drugs
From today, Britain will have a new prime minister: Theresa May. The Home Secretary is set to replace David Cameron in the premier role following his post-Brexit resignation.
The UK's longest ever serving home secretary has been at the forefront of surveillance laws in the country as well as being responsible for overseeing the police force, border agencies, and a slew of government and non-governmental agencies.
WIRED has looked at May's voting record in Parliament and the work at the Home Office to build a picture of her position on these topics.
