America Finally Guilty Of War Crimes? US Forces, CIA Raped And Tortured Afghans?

While investigations into the matter have been going for more than 2 years now, nothing concrete was ever proven until now. The matter concerns the possibility that the U.S. conducted illegal war crimes against civilians and criminals alike in Afghanistan and abroad.

The International Criminal Court or the ICC has been tirelessly working towards finding irrefutable evidence of physical and sexual assault perpetrated by the U.S. in foreign countries, where its military forces were posted.

Unlike the “torture report” submitted back in 2015, which the U.S. waved aside by claiming that the Department of Defense conducted its own investigations and doled out appropriate disciplinary measures against hundreds of servicemen, the U.S. will have a hard time explaining the most current report.
