Russia accuses MI6 chief Alex Younger of ‘going mad’ using James Bond meme after he attacked Putin’s warmongering

RUSSIA is gunning for Britain’s top spy Alex Younger with a Cold War-style blast claiming he has “gone mad” with his “hysterical” attacks on Moscow which “defy sanity”.

In a speech last week the head of MI6 chief claimed Islamic State cells are exploiting the chaos caused by Vladimir Putin’s military operations in Syria to plot deadly attacks on Britain.

The intelligence chief, known as C, also warned of the threat of cyber warfare, propaganda and subversion from hostile states like Russia.

Russia hit back with a web mock-up showing fictional MI6 agent James Bond calling the emergency services.
