Assange: Clinton leaks could come as early as next week

160906_julian_assange_getty_1160.jpgWikiLeaks founder Julian Assange said leaks on Hillary Clinton and other American politicians are coming “reasonably soon” and that information “teases” could drop as early as the next couple weeks.
“The first batch is reasonably soon. We are quite confident about it now,” Assange said on Fox News’ Hannity.

The WikiLeaks editor-in-chief opted not to provide specifics on a release, but added that the organization “might put out some teasers as early as the next week or the week after.”
In an August interview on the same network, Assange promised to leak “thousands” of document pages pertaining to Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and the presidential election, adding that he anticipated it would have a “significant” impact come November.
