Fixing Intelligence II: Seven Precepts (A Latino View)
Donald Trump has left the position of Director of National Intelligence (DNI) unfilled – it is one of two major positions where a candidate has yet to be announced. Donald Trump has no Latinos on his Cabinet, and only two major positions to fill, both of which would benefit from a Latino — the DNI because the future of intelligence is multinational and human, not unilateral and technical; the Secretary of Agriculture because other than black slaves in prison thanks to the Clinton Crime Bill, the second largest slave population in the USA is Latinos held in bondage on large agricultural complexes across the country.
None of the candidates known to be under consideration for the office of Director of National Intelligence (DNI) have merit. While Peter Hoekstra has a good heart, he lacks the deep knowledge needed to shut down the 50% of the secret world that is pathologically dysfunctional, including the persistent spying on US politicians by both the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
