Military protection for nuclear plants extended by three months

The Belgian cabinet of ministers has extended by three months a protocol regarding the protection of nuclear power plants by the Federal Police on behalf of the Belgian energy utility, Electrabel. 
Pending a new operational management with the police, the military will take charge of this mission under a protocol between the Defence Department and the Federal Police.
