ISIS Plot to Train ‘Cleanskin Cubs’ for Attacks on West

A repentant French jihadist is reported to have laid bare what he says was a secret ISIS plot to train a generation of children to attack the West.

Syrian children, orphaned babies of jihadists who have been killed and children born to foreign mothers loyal to Isis would have been taken on for training, Jonathan Geffroy has told the DGSI, the French counterterrorism intelligence agency, and a magistrate, according to French media.

“Cleanskin” children who had never set foot in Europe were thought to be able to escape DNA and facial recognition software once old enough to travel. “The main thing is that they will be beyond recognition because we won’t have any knowledge of their faces,” Geffroy said during six months of questioning, according to leaked documents.
