MOSCOW, December 30. /TASS/. Russian
blogger Alexey Navalny and his brother Oleg have been found guilty in
the Yves Rocher fraud case.
Alexey Navalny got 3 years 6 months
suspended sentence. Oleg Navalny was sentenced to 3 years 6 months in prison
colony.
After the verdict announcement, Oleg
Navalny was taken in custody in the courtroom.
Both men are accused of a massive fraud
in a conspiracy with office abuse and of money laundering. Investigators claim
they have embezzled 26.7 million rubles (around $753,000) from perfume company
Yves Rocher Vostok and more than 4.4 million rubles (around $124,000) from a
processing company from 2008 to 2013.
