Bribery:
The Sunday Times submitted what it said was
new evidence of alleged
bribery in the World Cup bid process to the U.K. Parliament, including alleged collusion by the England
2018 bid and allegations that Russia used
art to buy off officials. FIFA faces
more questions amid the latest round of reports.
Another top soccer official called
forthe
investigation into the bidding process to be made public. Despite the news,
FIFA President Sepp Blatter remained
