Top spy agency and union share terror fears over airport security

Australia’s top spy agency believes that airlines will remain a high value terrorist target for the “foreseeable future” in a submission to a government enquiry due to report later this month. The Australian Security Intelligence Organisation reported that terrorists understood the widespread economic and social damage that a successful attack against civilian targets could inflict.
