Russia warns technology for bioterrorism too available
Russia’s Security Council head on Thursday warned about the dangers of bioterror attacks, saying that terrorists could get hold of biological weapons quite easily.
Speaking at an international meeting with senior security officials, Security Council secretary Nikolai Patrushev told journalists: "We have to state that technologies capable of triggering global disasters in the sphere of biological security are highly available today."
