Former CIA Head May Not Vote in US Presidential Election Given Poor Choices
Former head of the US Central Intelligence and National Security Agencies Michael Hayden said on Wednesday he may avoid voting in the US presidential election as neither of the candidates has won his support.
He noted that the campaigns of both, Republican nominee Donald Trump and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, have been discouraging.
"In my narrow lane of national security, it’s clear who the better choice is," Hayden said in an MSNBC interview. "But there are things to the right and left of my narrow lane that give me pause."
