Homeland Security: ISIS is becoming deadly effective

Nearly half of ISIS plots to take lives in the West over the past two years have been successful, according to a Department of Homeland Security report.
The report shows that 875 people in western countries have lost their lives to Islamic extremists this year. That’s compared to 720 last year.
Forty-four percent of ISIS’s planned attacks on western targets were deemed successful by DHS officials.
The U.S. and France were named as prime targets for ISIS-inspired terror, with 41 of the 100 or so ISIS plots taking place on U.S. soil and 20 plots taking place in France since 2014.
