FBI spy plane circles Phoenix seeking intelligence..HA!

I feel sorry for the FBI agent in charge of gathering intelligence via a spy plane flying over Phoenix. According to a report by the Associated Press, the FBI has been using about 50 planes equipped with video and cellphone surveillance technology in at least 11 states, flying over places that include Houston, Seattle, Chicago, Boston, Minneapolis, Southern California and, yes, Phoenix.
